Long time ago, I used to live in SF and would take the bus to work. One of the lines went through Chinatown. In the morning they would be delivering food to the restaurants and there used to be this truck that would deliver whole pigs. Now, I will admit that I love some BBQ pork, but the sight of dead pigs stacked several feet high in the back of an open truck was always a little unnerving. I cannot imagine the nightmare of what those people saw when they opened that container. I don't know how you sleep after witnessing something like that.
