This is not a bad thing, but also not necessarily a good thing. Term limits and maximum age limits would be some interesting arguments that would possibly require a Constitutional Congress to convene to change the Constitution. The problem with any of these hard rules is that there are always exceptions that create unfairness. I think the most important topic is eliminating pathways for corruption. This can only be done with transparency and by putting in place some serious punishments for their acts of corruption. It is for too often that these folks are policing themselves and slapping each other on the wrist when they get caught doing something that anyone else would be tried and sent to prison for. Our elected politicians have created this multi tiered justice system and this is the root of our problem, getting back to the spirit of the Constitution and restoring dignity to the Offices of Service.
