Here’s an outside thought. Trump stole the 2016 election through foreign interference by switching votes. Cabal couldn’t say anything because that’s their best weapon. 2020 had to improvise and bring in other tactics: prefilled paper ballots, adjudication, etc. along with switching votes. Cabal keeping this active hoping to use it against Trump 2024 if he wins. Just brainstorming on tactics.
I think what I hear you saying is that “their “ tactic will be that Trump stole the election” so they are continuing the EO to use that in “their” defense that Trump actually violated the EO?

Yea, exactly! It’s another theory. We are all speculating as to why this is happening lacking any ironclad proof.
