Whether Big Fanni had this document before she indicted or not is irrelevant. The fact the document existed should be enough since Big Fanni did not bother to do her due diligence in this matter. If she did know of it before, she is guilty of fraud, if she didn't, she is guilty of incompetence.

Either way, the charges are a sham and must be dropped.
