Why you may see low-flying helicopters this fall in Michigan

The helicopters will make their way around Michigan from Sept. 11, through Oct. 11.

Did you read the article? Thats what they are saying here. But I'm over 60yo and I have never known anyone to inspect these lines. I wonder if their so called inspection is for more nefarious reasons.

...I have a friend who subcontracts his helo out to First Energy annually for this survey...

...but that is only one instance and very well be a cover for something more subversive...

...but also keep in mind that satellite technology renders any other type of surface surveillance moot...
