Do you remember when Retired general Paul E. Vallely said that Q comes from "The Army of Northern Virginia?" aka (Intelligence support activity). I found there's a Marine Corps base right down the road called Quantico. the HQ for "Intelligence support activity" is at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.

What's interesting is Quantico and Fort Belvoir were both built in 1917.

You map is way off to those of us from that area. Quantico Marine Base is huge, most of it to the west, south and north of Triangle and Dumfries. Not just that little dot of the old village of Quantico you have boxed on Quantico Creek. This was the closest I could find to a map showing all of the base. https://quantico.isportsman.net/files/Maps/HuntMap20200923.pdf
Thank you for pointing that out I never would have noticed.
Glad to help. I wish I could find a better map. Quantico Marine Base is a huge chunk of Prince William County VA. BTW, the FBI training center is also on the base. It is 500+ acres inside the base which should give you an idea of how huge the base is. Editing to add - did you know the Army of Northern Virginia was Gen. Robert E. Lee's Confederate army?
