Welcome to General Chat - GAW Community Area
This General Chat area started off as a place for people to talk about things that are off topic, however it has quickly evolved into a community and has become an integral part of the GAW experience for many of us.
Based on its evolving needs and plenty of user feedback, we are trying to bring some order and institute some rules. Please make sure you read these rules and participate in the spirit of this community.
Rules for General Chat
-
Be respectful to each other. This is of utmost importance, and comments may be removed if deemed not respectful.
-
Avoid long drawn out arguments. This should be a place to relax, not to waste your time needlessly.
-
Personal anecdotes, puzzles, cute pics/clips - everything welcome
-
Please do not spam at the top level. If you have a lot to post each day, try and post them all together in one top level comment
-
Try keep things light. If you are bringing in deep stuff, try not to go overboard.
-
Things that are clearly on-topic for this board should be posted as a separate post and not here (except if you are new and still getting the feel of this place)
-
If you find people violating these rules, deport them rather than start a argument here.
-
Feel free to give feedback as these rules are expected to keep evoloving
In short, imagine this thread to be a local community hall where we all gather and chat daily. Please be respectful to others in the same way
Several months ago, I posted about my sister-in-law having a stroke right in the emergency room and the hospital did not treat her for the stroke. As a result of their malpractice she will spend the rest of her life in a skilled nursing facility.
My brother (her husband) and his daughter (who's an RN) have power of attorney because my sister-in-law's brain was damaged during the stroke. It explicitly states that no medical treatment is to be provided without approval from either my brother or his daughter. So while she's in one of these facilities, they give her the jab allegedly with her permission which 100% goes against the POA.
For the last month or so, my sister-in-law has been complaining to her husband and her nurses that her throat hurts and that it felt like something was stuck in her throat. My brother has repeatedly relayed this info to the nurses and they did NOTHING about it.
Late last week my sister-in-law was taken to the hospital because she could no longer swallow. We found out yesterday that she now has oral cancer and throat cancer that is also in the lymph nodes. The hospital is already talking about palliative care for her so it's not a good prognosis.
Is this from the jab? Who knows but whatever life she could have had has now been drastically taken from her.
When my brother contacted his lawyer about them jabbing his wife without permission from either my brother or his daughter, his lawyer replied "That will be lawsuit #2". So now with this cancer diagnosis, who knows what is going to happen.
My brother and his family are in shock, angry, sad and broken-hearted.
Update: My sister-in-law passed away 2/14/24.
