Look! “EarthEx” this is what is about to happen in the US and other nations. All kinds of “exercises”. Kind of mirrors the plandemic, event 201, etc… Black Sky Exercise https://eiscouncil.org/earth-ex/

Nope, Mitch the Bitch, retired from Purdue, handing over the key's to a chinaman, Mitch thought about running for Governor again, but rumors of his wife's past in digressions abruptly changed his mind.
Thanks for the info and the opportunity:
Nothings says Indiana Hoosier like a chinese Princeton gradu-ate.
Mung Chiang and the Open Fog of War

Great, Ideas Orlando a 2001 offshoot of Disney... Very little on their website for being in business over 20 years. Primarily talks about a redevelopment of San Juan port into a tourist destination reminding me of a 15 minute city except it is an entertainment park-- where you never really see PR, you arrive by ship, are basically in an all inclusive area at the port then leave. Given that imo the DS took over PR after the hurricane you know they want to rake in money but not let people roam the island. Also makes me think of Lahaina and their probable development plans there now most of the residents have been burned out and prohibited from returning. You can probably safely bet they are not generating good ideas and not generally in the best interests of Americans ..
The meaning of 'ex' makes the name an odd choice.
Is it supposedly short for expo which is short for exposition?
When we used to go on “exercise” in the military, the names were all something like, fall-ex, lion-shield-ex, winter-ex etc…
Interdasting. Hadn't thought of that, thank you.
So, as a former evaluator of these type of exercises it is important to have them to find the gaps in the infrastructural to protect them, or plan for worse case scenario's. In Indiana where I am from, the Governor and the Director of Health, did not use the plandemic plan, they followed the lead of Blue States, and created the narrative of violations of our civil rights. The Governor is a Republican, and the Director is a OB doctor, what the fuck does she know about Plandemic?
All she had to do was walk down and ask Lily's about it, since they helped spread it.
How's Mitch 'Our Bitch Mitch' Daniels' Syrian enclave in South Bend doing these days?
Does Indiana know he sold their gas rights right out from under them, giving it to foreign countries and attempted to give toll road money to France?
Is he still hiding out and plotting at Purdue?
What the hell did I just read at that link?! This makes no sense to me, so please, someone explain to me what this "EIS EarthEx" is.
I'll be more than happy to explain, their a contractor, they hold seminars and exercises for private corporations and Government agencies on how to deal with EMP's cyber terrorism, natural disaster's ETC. The Government pays big bucks for these companies to host events to show how fucked up they are and how to fix their fuckups! This particular company will evaluate how a corporation performs during an exercise, then come up with recommendations on how to fix the Gaps in their security or planning if something happens to them. Most of the time the bean counters say, hey it's too expensive to do anything, so it's basically a waste of money and the folks at companies like EARTHEX get rich.
Thank you, anon, that is very helpful. Maybe with another two cups of coffee this morning I might have seen it, but your explanation is gold.
Funny thing, many years ago I worked for a large, LARGE engineering corporation that had (and still has) offices around the world. At the time I worked there, for an office in the eastern US, we were contractor for an equally large government 3-letter agency, which I will call ABC for purposes of this discussion.
Besides engineering services, we also provided public relations services too. My job was to edit ABC's many documents to make them understandable and palatable to the public and other regulators.
On my first day on the job, I and four other new hires were taken to a Project Manager's office for a sort of intro discussion. He closed the door and said "We do all this work for ABC, but our primary job is to make ABC not look stupid."
So out of the five main people from ABC that I worked with, one was a Jehovah's Witness who handed out religious pamphlets at meetings, one was an environmental whack job, one had some very weird personal lifestyle choices, as he would show up at meetings with different injuries... scratches on his arms, a black eye, etc, and only two out of the five seemed like normal people.
Several years later on that job, ABC was still making stupid decisions at a tectonic pace, but we were still working to make them look NOT-STUPID. I finally left there as work was just too repetitive and mundane.
