This. Absolutely this. I was one of those liberals that was relieved that Obama got elected. I thought, well, that's the end of the Republican War machine. I didn't really understand the unit party thing. People that walk around bragging that they totally saw through Obama are such posers. Me and so many other people were taken in by how slick he was. I totally took the fake sincerity of the progressives and liberals around me at face value. Don't take much at face value anymore, hey?
