Unsure of the details but there’s no way this wasn’t an arrest. Scalia was definitely assassinated when he was on that hunting trip. At some point the Military may have taken control when Obama was President. I don’t think he would have ever arrested her for the reasons you stated. A lot of questions we’d like to know the real answers.
I read on GAW that the white hats ( military??) had a plan to take Prez Barry out of office-but for some reason it didn’t happen.
