Okay I just looked at it again at 13 and 31 seconds because someone said that's when something falls to the ground near her right foot. I wonder if the handcuffs still had keys in them? That's the same time that her right arm swings around front for the first time. I am going to obsess now about this LOL.

her shoe fell off and was left behind. she went limp due to heat exhaustion. not being arrested.
