Judge issues order against New Mexico's gun-carry ban

A federal judge has issued a temporary restraining order against New Mexico Michelle Grisham's executive order banning the carry of any guns in Albuquerque and Bernalillo County.

Unfortunately, this was the goal all along. The governor knew that she could do this on a Friday and nothing would happen over the weekend, and it looks like a few days thereafter. She got her way for nearly a week and she'll never face punishment for breaking the law.
