Hate when these content providers go in full'production' mode using outside producers and glossy intros and the like. Makes me distrust them.
I know how easy and cheap it is to order pre-produced branding packages from Fiver-style pages. I had one when I did live streaming.
A setup like monkeywrex does is quite cheap - A pre-rendered intro, a few dynamic backgrounds, some greenscreen wipes... I wouldn't pay more than $50 for it and it adds a lot of the "serious style" viewers and particularly advertisers enjoy.
I see no need for any external producers, this looks very much like a classic one-man show. Look at his left hand resting on a piece of equipment right before scene changes. He's probably using a stream-deck type of scene changer.
All of this is cheap and easy to achieve compared to old-school broadcasting, you could probably achieve this level of production quality by yourself, for less than $200.
Some people are tech savy and using all that stuff is fun. There are more good people than bad. I listen more to what they say and do than the production type.
