The thing about announcing that an information break-through is coming is a double-edged sword. On the one hand is says to the criminals that they are being watched, so back off. And on the other, it says, hurry up and do your evil because you are about to be busted. In this case I would say the arrogance of the perpetrators far exceeds their concern about being busted. All they see is billions and billions of dollar signs and a display of elitist power. They are telling the Maui people that they should accept some Big Island property in exchange for giving up their Maui property. If the children are hidden anywhere it is on Hawai'i and they would be used as a bargaining chip. The whole thing is just psycho disgusting. Oprah built a 40k sq foot underground facility on her property and covered that sucker right over with natural growth etc. "The Queen" preparing for the NWO I suppose. I would bet a great deal on the fact that there is a tunnel connecting it with a secluded cove. People live like that while other Americans count their pennies for food and gas.
