"There is no mention in the New Hampshire state statute that a candidate in a New Hampshire presidential primary can be* disqualified* using the 14th Amendment of the United States Constitution mentioning insurrection or rebellion," he told news outlets in a statement. Even if there was, there was NO INSURRECTION! It was a handful of bad actors that, for sure should go to jail, if they vandalized or attacked cops. And around half of those bad actors seem to have been FBI plants, or antifa dressing up in MAGA gear. Anyone else arrested for "trespassing", is BS. The cops themselves cut down and removed barricades, unlocked the doors, and held them open and waved people in!
