The only way Joe doesn’t pardon Hunter is because Joe isn’t the President. I’m slowly coming around to the Devolution theory

Hunter, even if convicted, will never serve time. Same as Trump will never serve time if he’s convicted. The logistics of secret service protection alone makes it moot
