Ike accomplished the goal of removing over a million illegals in a very short time span-and this was BEFORE the interstate highway system!! We have a distinct advantage in all the free phones they received before invading the southern border... Tracking in 5...4...3...2...

I like how you think @mengderen, but I think it gets even better than that, those who took and uses those "free phones" are being recorded (video and audio) 24/7 along with being tracked. Criminals (illegal aliens) have No constitutional 'rights', simple by crossing the border makes them "illegals/criminals".. Something tells me Trump has something to do with all this, and now Trump is calling on congress to stop all funding of money for "illegals", Trump knows something we don't, as usual. Can you image all the "Data" that would be collected/capture through this process?
