The Zelensky clothing and Fetterman clothing has to be done that way for some sort of a reason. I don't even own a suit myself but can't imagine going to a business meeting in sweat pants or shorts, that's just amazing.
I guess if anyone's employer requires business casual or formal attire you can just tell them to STFU if world leaders can wear khakis to Billion Dollar galas.
You'd get fired. That's not how this is work at all. When you have standing or for example, control money, and outcomes that effect millions of lives, there won't be many folks that are going to be preoccupied with what you are wearing. I'm not saying it's right or wrong, I'm just going by what I've observed. And that is that most employees that work for a company that maintains a dress code or expectation of some kind, that trying to subvert it and defy the boss probably won't find you in a position that has as much leverage as you'd hope for in the equivalency you're trying to draw. Sucks for sure, but I don't let it bother me. Course where I work, we don't have a dress code beyond, Please Be An Adult.
Just tell your employee that you're a woman, now you can wear shorts, ala dress/skirt/capris. Gender fluid means I can be whomever I want to be at any time and on a split second whim too.
