Mind you, a boy growing up without a father is far more likely to get involved in criminar behaviour, and black people have the highest rate of out-of-wedlock births.

So, you could say it's "self-inflicted", but really dig deeper.

This is a deliberately engineered situation, tracable back a century to Margaret Sanger and the anti-black, eugenic, "birth control movement" that spawned Planned Parenthood.

Four or five generations of deliberate, targetted, "sexual revolution" propaganda over 100 years, and this is what you get.

A century makes for about 4 or 5 generations.

It will take longer to build it back up, as destruction is always easier than rebuilding. And deprogramming the Planned Parenthood propaganda so people can see and accept that chastity and sexual self-control is a better lifestyle is going to be a hard sell.

In fact, it's humanely impossible.

There needs to be a masive spiritual revival, repentance, and turning back to God.
