I talked to someone that spent time with him many years ago. Great man, they said, hard worker, totally a crook, but a hard worker. 🙄

I work with a guy in NJ that loves Menendez. When I mention that he is one of the most corrupt senators, he replies with “yeah, but he is our crooked senator”.

His reasoning being that all politicians are corrupt and at least he is the best at being corrupt. Go New Jersey!

How do you argue with someone that believes in that kind of logic? It’s crazy.
