I love it when these newspapers choose their pictures like this. Making sure that Giuliani looks like a crazy man, and the drug dealer and user, prostitute loving, degenerate of a person looks dignified and sane. What is this from? Lemme guess... a liberal "mainstream" publication. So obvious and ridiculous.
