The Jimmy Carter Presidential Library and Museum has moved up planned festivities for the former president’s 99th birthday amid the possibility of a government shutdown by the end of the week.

but isn't it weird that article says he did pass? why would someone do that but I swear I thought I heard on the news that he already passed away back in May, Im trippin. lol. obviously he is still hanging on.
