As of this evening, Katie Hobbs is no longer govenor of Arizona. Anybody know what this is about?

Well. It’s an official statement

If I had to guess. Either someone is getting ahead of the media for a change. Or Hobbs and the people in the chain of secession above Yee are temporarily out of state. Hence “Acting Governor” and only from the evening till mid-morning. I’m not 100% familiar with the chain of succession for Arizona though.
Edit: So the line of succession for Arizona Governor is Secretary of State Adrian Fontes(D) Attorney General Kris Mayes(D), then followed by Treasurer Kimberly Yee(R).
So all 3 above Yee. Hobbs, Fontes, and Mayes are either out of state or in a state that precludes them from filling the role of acting Governor.
They skipped the top three Democrats picked Yee a Republican. Very interesting
