Forgive him because he is an addict and not reliable. He was reliable enough for Burisma and China but not reliable for good ole USA.

How is being an addict a legal excuse to avoid criminal consequences anyway. I saw her referred to in the title and I clicked on it anyway. I hate when that happens.
