There is 18 USC Sec. 242 that applies to Judges; however, the DOJ doesn’t enforce the law as written. Judges that could be prosecuted for an unlawful, unjustified departure from the law will not be prosecuted without bribery or some other crime! That statute can be used against prosecutors that do not enforce the law. Everyone’s answer is new laws. My solution enforce the laws on the books as written!
Diogenes would be up a creek if he had to wander the US with a lantern looking for just one honest or at least brave federal prosecutor. We need a method for citizens to dump these commies because neither the prosecutors nor the legislators are doing anything. I thought that another method of making them do the right thing was up to the chief justice but Roberts also does nothing.
In the 19th century, federal judges were impeached and removed for political bias. Today’s Congress people wouldn’t even think of doing this even though there’s precedent. https://ballotpedia.org/Impeachment_of_federal_judges
Actually the Persians had the answer to corrupt judges. When a judge was found to be corrupt, he was skinned alive and his skin was used to make the chair the NEXT judge sat in. I think that would make a judge to think twice about making a verdict that was unjust!
As an American Citizen you have the power, authority, and ability to Quo Warranto any government office holder. Lack of power isn't the problem, ignorance of the power we have is.
Right. I'm sure that would work. Fix it right there in a system that's already crooked. This is a big part of the problem. The people who could do this do nothing. Why hasn't anyone who lives near where this would be heard, has the money to take on something like this, already done this?
WOWZA...I have copied this out and IT IS A VERY GOOD SCREED ON how screeeeewed UP our Judicial System is...Following the constitution of 1871 WOULD be a VERY GREAT START!!!!!

There's a simple solution, but I'd get banned again for speaking the truth....

This was an issue for the founding fathers as well.
