Does anyone have more information on the PCR rapid tests?

Was anything on them? I heard the vaccine has graphene oxide, poisons and nanobots. What about the swabs?? I’ve had a few. (Family was sick with Covid twice, Doctor forced me when I had RSV) If there was anything harmful, foreign, or anything like nanobot particles or microchips how do I detox? I heard the vaccine altered people’s DNA and took away their God-gene we are born with.
