No lol. Those are all imported from key west in the 40s and 50s. Ferry used to run back and forth and people that lived in Cuba and worked in the US could take their cars. Same for visiting family. It’s a shame Cuba didn’t become a State of the United States.
It was my understanding that they bought the old presses to make the cars in Cuba.
