The claim is, these bio labs are all for peaceful use. If this is the case, someone should have known that Russia might misinterpret the purpose of these labs and take it as a national security issue. So why did they not invite Russian scientists to inspect these facilities in the name of transparency, or better yet collaborate with the Russians in a joint venture? Why deny that they even exist? Why let them be run by the DOD/ military, no one thought this would alarm the Russians potentially setting off a military conflict?
And why delete the public DOD webpage that explicitly outlines and confirms their existence one day after some random Twitter anon figures out the link between Russia’s missile strikes and the labs?
Ukraine is just the laundromat, just like all foreign and domestic aid. Like all aid recipients, the Ukrainians get a few crumbs, like a few pieces of old and obsolete equipment that may last for a few days.
They are laundering money to Ukraine to survive the financial collapse. They are hiding their slush fund there

Unfortunately they will destroy the world if they think Ukraine is lost, if they lose that they lose everything.

And I think general Lindsey Graham should be a shining example to the troops and lead from the front.
