True Story-Close Encounters! This video clip is really weird and sort of connects with my encounter with Biden. I'm in Delaware and was walking down our main street in Rehoboth Beach with my family. This was in Spring/Summer 2017 when Obama/Biden were out of office. As we were walking then standing at a corner waiting for the traffic light/walk signal to change, from my right Joe Biden quickly walks right in front and almost bumped into me! There was no Secret Service Detail behind/around him! Even for a former VP, there should be some sort of SS detail. I can still recollect the memory and envision; Biden, white-gray hair, navy blue polo, khaki shorts & mirrored aviator sunglasses. My husband was as shocked as I was! Ironically, it was at the corner right at the Candy Kitchen confectionery shop with an Baskin Robbins Ice Cream shop a block away! Was Biden trying to dodge his own SS detail going for his candy or, as we now know his 2 scoops? That's what we thought as he was moving so fast.
