If Devolution (Military Plan) is in fact true and Trump is still Commander-in-Chief (War time President - President in exile), then IMO he could not simultaneously/effectively become Speaker of the House.

If he's still technically the president then how could he run for a 3rd term?
He's got one term under the bankrupt US Corp. And one term under the Republic.
Or, if you think about it; 2 terms under bankrupt USA as a Corp (in the interim, dissolve the USA as a Corp) and establish the original USA-as a sovereign nation and 2 terms as legitimate President! So effectively Trump could serve a total of 16yrs as President! Plus the remainder of Biden's illegitimate term 1.5 yrs! So 17.5 years as President! Haha! Dems heads would explode!
The Constitution allows for a president to be re-instated as the duly elected President (due to stolen election), so finishes out the term of that illegitimate President (Biden). Then that duly elected President CAN run for another term. This I learned from Ivan Raiklin, Former Lt Col - Green Beret and now a Constitutional lawyer on Capitol Hill.
