Well, I have heard the story of the moon being "placed" in the desired location and being mostly hollow rock and put there as an outpost for intergalactic settlements. A very VERY long time ago . So what if it turns out it it is sometimes moved? The way things are going, we have yet to have many things revealed. I barely feel surprised anymore about anything.
