I checked out your link and it was not making any movement other than normal rate of rising. The front window is low so I can only see about twice the height of the house across the street unless I stand right at the window. Right now, it is overcast outside so I cannot see the moon but can see the glow in the cloud cover and it is very far east compared to normal. The moon normally moves across the back of the house but is not heading in that direction right now.
