Dave says he can't be speaker because he has 91 indictments and you can't be speaker if you have any pending criminal indictments that could have more than 2 years of prison time.

Interesting thanks. I saw somewhere earlier that said it doesn't matter as his lawyers could have an escape route around it. I am no law expert at all so it could be wrong, but will try to find that sauce again
