Nah men are made not born, I regret nothing and only in time have I been able to realize that the abuse us gen x'ers endured at the hands of previous generations has given us the ability to casually deal with the nonsense of this modern age

Bro that's fucked up no matter how you spin it. But if having a positive take on the ordeal helps you cope with what happened, so be it. Hopefully you don't regard it as such a good thing that you perpetuate what was done to you onto the next generation.
