Dan Bongino calls such people "stupid smart people." People who are educated and hold degrees in a finite area of expertise but who don't know the limits of their own intelligence and think they are qualified to understand everything. People who DO understand the limits of their own education and intelligence (and I count myself among them) are better at being skeptics, investigating areas that we have less competence in (like medicine), and who can then make informed decisions.

Bongino is a good podcaster also. He is quite accomplished as a podcaster.
