If you owned your own company, lets say you employ 100 people. Would you hire Gen-Z and why?

I am just hoping to find out what you think older generations are getting wrong about Gen-Z?

I wouldn't even hire myself if I'm being honest. Most people I know hate work more than they like being alive. This generation hates feeling like a cog in the machine more than anything.
