He probably is tired. That doesn't mean he's lost any will to fight. Sometimes that just strengthens the resolve to fight and see justice in the end. The DS has been punishing Trump for being honest and un-corruptable, but the people need to see it first hand before justice can be served. We can't have an outcry of cruel and unusual punishment supporting the DS when they are being tried for raping and murdering children.
