Would not some bones stick out if the leg was bent back like that? Skin texture looks rubbery. Tattoo doesn't really match, in the mountain picture the tattoo is dark and thick all around the edges.

I was wondering the same thing, about the weird angles of the limbs, when I saw the video. However, I've seen photos and videos of dead bodies with limbs in similar weird angles. I know that lifeless limbs are easily twisted, but I'm still curious.
