Just thought about this and could this possibly lead to Israel building the third temple like the Bible says will happen in Revelations? What are your thoughts?

The Revelation doesn't say a temple is being built in Isreal.
Sectarian end times doctrine might say something like that, but it's not in Revelation.
+1 from me
:)
How will the man of lawlessness take his seat in the temple, as spoken of in 2 Thesslonians 2:3-4, unless that temple is first rebuilt? Or the abomination of desolation standing in the holy place, as spoken of in Matthew 24:15.
As I understand it, OP is correct about the bible foretelling the rebuilding of the temple. He just sourced it from the wrong book.
The Anti-Christ takes his seat in the temple claiming to be God is the papal Pope system. The little horn come out of the ten, ten kingdoms of Rome after the last Cesar. The Roman Church and Pope is the little horn who removes 3 and then makes war against the saints for 1260 years and then is given a head wound when Napoleon arrests the Pope in 1798 and takes him out. But he doesn't die because the Roman Church rises again to lead the one world religion at the last days and claims to be God. Popes have all said they are God on earth and can forgive sin. That is blasphemy and is the anti-Christ.
You’re right, except for actually all Christians can forgive sin according to John 20, so they aren’t wrong on that point exactly, only on the basis for their forgiving sin.
All of Matthew is talking about the next administration that came quickly after Jesus Christ ascends to the Father.
Jesus Christ ministered in the Old Testament administration talking about the coming new Testament administration.
We are currently in the administration that all of the happenings of Revelation are taking place in the saints.

I don't know about 2 Thessalonians,
The man of sin is Adamic man pushed around by the devil in all of us, it is not a single person.
Of course I've gotten no specific word about 2 Thessalonians. I just have hunches there.
I've had my head in Revelation for a few years now.

IMHO, the declaration of war against Hamas is not so much about the temple mount (as some people are saying), but initiating a land grab as part of fulfilling the Zionist-Masonic goal for "Greater Israel". The end result is most likely the same, but establishing 'Greater Israel' is the grand scheme.... with it being accomplished then it will be crowned by taking over the temple mount (Haram Al-Sharif).
