This is not convincing given they had a big hearing September 28th that didn't go as planned.

Also the war in Israel did not start on 10/8. It started on 7 am local time Oct 7th before Washington DC was even awake.

This was the first update on the Times of Israel's liveblog which started at 7:19 am on the 7th.
