I realize that’s the ultimate use, but I’m looking at the path that gets it there.
Where/What is the name of the bank? Is the deposited in the actual Fed Reserve Bank?

Good question. What bank collects the taxes? They can loan 10 times whatever they collect and earn interest on all that made up money.
