I got a call from my mom that my brother had a mild heart attack last night. We are still waiting on details. He has been under a tremendous amount of stress all throughout CV trying to keep the family business alive while having three teenagers in high school/college. When I was the kids age, my dad had cancer and I remember the absolute fear (Dad still with us almost 40 years later!) But this is a hard time for us all that just got harder. The GAW gang is wonderful and your prayers would be most appreciated.

You are so right, stress is such a killer. Prayers.
"It’s always God’s will to heal (3 John 2). We don’t ask and then wait and see. That’s not believing His Word. Instead of beggars, we need to become believers who, knowing God’s will, use our authority to heal."
Of course, there is a time for each one of us to die. But until then, it is our time to LIVE and believe that we can and are being healed! We don't beg Jesus to heal us, we believe he IS healing us! Until the day He calls us, and we know not the day or the time, but know we will be ready for it.
Live not in fear, especially fear of death. A man wailed, "I am going to die!" The philosopher rejoined, "and all other men are immortal?"
Fear not death, and despair not of His wanting to heal us in the mean time!
God Bless you and your family, and we hard-working people always take on more stress than the Lord intends. We put more pressure upon ourselves than the Lord intends, b/c His burden is light!
OH it is not easy! But He WILL heal us when we believe so, until the actual time we are to join Him.
