She is Li Andersson from communist party Left Alliance that was part of the Sanna Marin's government cabinet. This image is several years old and she has been trying to remove this image from Internet without success. There however is probably no more of similar images, only other images I could find was where she is under influence of some substance (alcohol or drugs?).
