Although I was anti-war during Viet Nam, I never blamed the soldiers. We are lucky to have brave men who are willing to defend us. They believed that was what they were doing. Historian Will Durant says that a country that has not fought a war in two generations will be overtaken. I am hoping for a fundamental change in the world after this, our 2nd revolution, so that this no longer needs to be the case.
