On Tuesday evening a rocket reportedly hit the Al Ahli Hospital in Gaza causing a massive explosion and resulting in the deaths of allegedly several hundred Palestinians.

Both sides are run by the cabal. All the killing and all the lies are run by the cabal. So it makes no sense to take sides. Pray for the humans under the control of the predators.
