Spartz helped oust McCarthy and has been very outspoken about handouts to Ukraine as a Ukraine refugee herself. If she's out, it makes me wonder what's going on behind closed doors. I think she's basically sick of politics, threatened to resign, and voting with nothing to gain at this point. If she can't be bought, her votes mean something.
