I've lived in "Wears Shorts During the Winter" and once you've aquired that skill, it stays with you.

Can also confirm that the East Coast of "Gangs" needs a small pocket of "Wait, there are rednecks HERE too!?" It would be between the backwoods and the word Gangs.
