Palestine's neighbors host countless Palestinian refugees, whose goal is an eventual return to their occupied homes and lands. Why would Palestinians or their Arab neighbors want another wave of refugees? Just so that Israel can step into Palestinian evacuated lands and annex them? No, thanks.
