Someone must have planted and distributed them to cause civil unrest.

Yeah, and did anyone notice how all those Palestinian flags in theses 'pop-up' protests are all new and still have fold marks on them? And all those people holding up pre-printed pro-Palestine signs? Seems like they were printing signs & ordering flags off of websites weeks in advance to store them in warehouses to be shipped to these city-cell locations with large populations of Palestinian people/supporters. Seems like Soros yet again is involved in these up-risings...
