Maybe the way the women behind him are standing to where you can't see much else of him so it looks like he's poorly photoshopped in?

It wasn't photoshop related but the way he stood, he didn't move for a while, I thought it was a statue but then I saw him chewing his gum nervously. Maybe he was part of President Trump's security team, i dunno. In short, I got the wrong impression.
